Yes! All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors. We guarantee the integrity and quality of every item we sell.


3. How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our website and add items to your cart.

  2. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.

  3. Confirm your order.

  4. You will receive an order confirmation email with your purchase details.


4. Can I place a pre-order?

Yes! Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming releases before they are officially available.

  • Payment is collected at the time of pre-order.

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Items ship on or shortly after the official release date.


5. How long does shipping take?

  • U.S. Orders: 5–7 business days

  • International Orders: Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


6. Can I return an item?

Returns are accepted for items that are:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened packs, boxes, or comics

  • Digital items or codes

  • Pre-sale or clearance items
